What You Can Store

Upload any hotel SOP as a PDF or document file directly into the system. You can also add SOPs by pasting a file URL - useful for properties that store documents in Google Drive or SharePoint. Organise procedures by department such as Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, Food and Beverage, and Security. Each SOP entry includes a title, department, version number, and upload date.

Access

Who Can Access

All staff with system access can view SOPs relevant to their department. Only admins can upload, update, or remove procedures. This ensures your team always reads the approved and current version.

Version Control

Keeping Procedures Current

When a procedure is updated, simply upload the new version. The previous version is retained in history for audit purposes. Staff always see the latest version by default.
