The Licenses and Contracts module gives your property a single place to store and track every active license, permit, and maintenance contract. The system monitors expiry dates automatically and sends you a warning two months before anything is due - so renewals are planned, not rushed.
What You Can Track
Licenses such as Aquatic License, Pool License, Fire Safety Certificate, Food and Liquor Licenses, and any statutory permit required to operate your property.
Maintenance contracts such as Pool Maintenance, Exhaust and Ventilation Servicing, Lift Maintenance, Pest Control, and any third-party service agreement your property holds.
How It Works
Add each license or contract with the name, type, issuing authority or vendor, start date, expiry date, and an optional file attachment. The system calculates days remaining automatically. At two months before expiry, a warning appears on your dashboard under Expiring Licenses so the right person can act in time. Once renewed, simply update the expiry date and upload the new document.
Why This Matters
Expired licenses can result in fines, failed inspections, or operational shutdowns. Lapsed maintenance contracts leave equipment unserviced. This module removes the risk of human oversight by tracking everything in one place with automatic advance warnings.
